Refund policy

Final Sale. Items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged. Gowns are 'sample dresses' and sold 'off the rack' in as is condition. The discount % of the gown accounts for the condition of the gown and is based on our Condition of the Gown Rating System posted on our home page.
